RWCL Level Controllers

RWCL1 - 12V level controller with 12V pump

This level controller has been specifically designed for replacing evaporated water in any kind of sump/water storage tank.

Parts' description:

  • 12V float switch with adjustable holder, which can be fixed both vertically/horizontally. The Plexiglas holder is provided with a safety holder for the supply tube coming from the pump. The float switch is protected from snails, big particles of dirt etc by a guard.
  • 2 ways transformer
  • 12V pump RIO 600 (maximu head 95cm)

RWCL2 - 12V level controller with 220V pump

This special level controller has been manufactured for replacing evaporated water in large aquariums, where a powerful pump for water replacement is required.

Parts' description.

  • 12V float switch with adjustable holder, which can be fixed both vertically/horizontally. The Plexiglas holder is provided with a safety holder for the supply tube coming from the 220V pump. The float switch is protected from snails, big particles of dirt etc by a guard.
  • 2 ways transformer - one-way at 12V for connection to float switch, one way for connection to a 220V pump (maximum wattage: 100W).

Only double insulation pumps (which don't require earth connection) can be connected to the unit.
The circulation pump is not supplied.

RWCL2 - 12V level controller with 220V pump

RWCL3 - level controller with 12V solenoid valve

This special level controller has been manufactured for replacing evaporated water in any kind of sump or water storage tank directly from a RO unit.

Parts' description:

  • 12V float switch with adjustable Plexiglas holder, which can be fixed both vertically or horizontally. The Plexiglas holder is provided with a safety holder for the supply tube coming from the RO unit. The float switch is protected from snails, big particles of dirt etc by a guard.
  • 2 ways transformer
  • 12V solenoid valve, which must be placed between tap and RO unit.

RWCL3 level controller can also be used for replacing evaporated water from a reserve tank placed above the aquarium water level.

RWRE - electrode holders

RWRE electrode holder can be fastened directly to the adjustable Plexiglas tube of all RW level controllers, without disassembling the unit.

RWRE electrode holder is available in two models, for 2 and 4 electrodes respectively.

Electronic Level Controller RW with 2 sensors

The electronic level controller RW with 2 sensors will automate aquarium water top off. Since safety is our number one concern, we include two float switch sensors with our electronic water level controller. The first float switch sensor triggers the feed pump (sold separately) to maintain the desire water level. The second float switch sensor ensures dependability and offers overflow protection. Our water level controller can also be used to protect pump from running dry.

It can be utilized in different ways (view Operation diagram):
MODE A - 1 : in this mode the pump will ONLY turn on if the water level in the sump is low AND there is enough water in the storage tank. This is mainly to prevent the pump from running dry when there is not enough water in the storage tank.
MODE A - 2 : With this set up the pump will come on as soon as the water level in the sump drops below the set level. If there is not enough water in the sump, the pump will run dry.
MODE A - 3 : The pump will turn on when the level falls below the minimal level of float sensor 1 and will turn off when water rises the set point of the flow sensor 1. The float sensor 2 acts as a backup sensor in the event the float sensor 1 is stuck. The level controller will not allow the pump to turn on if the water level in the sump/tank reaches the maximum level of float sensor 2.
MODE B : With this set up the pump will turn on when BOTH sensors detected that the water level is below the minimum level and stop only when the water rises the maximum level of BOTH sensors.

Features:

  • Two detachable float switch sensors
  • Low power consumption: 2 Watts
  • Control Power Output: Maximum 2 Amps
